Honestly, nothing. Everything was great and the service was excellent, better then orginaly expected!

All'accoglienza non è stato spiegato niente Ho dovuto chiedere io la password wifi Nessuna informazione sull'orario della colazione che era inclusa Nessuna informazione sull'orario del check out Nessun accompagnamento in camera. Hotel di 3 stelle no asciugacapelli Il frigor non funzionava la tv idem. Sifone lavandino perdeva Box doccia completamente pieno di calcare La colazione fatta solo una mattina e mi è bastata Solo baguette un croissant inguardabile spremuta imbevibile La mia camera dava sulla strada 5°piano due notti insonni perché la gente fa un sacco di confusione nella strada. Mi sono voluta affacciare per capire chi era ed erano persone che uscivano dall'hotel. Impossibile dormire auto che suonano senza motivo gente che urla. Servizio lavanderia a un prezzo a dir poco esoso. Purtroppo a Casablanca non si trovano lavanderie a gettoni e ci siamo affidati all' hotel...da evitare assolutamente.

الفطور قليل جدا يعني لتذوق لا يشبع ، ما في تنوع كل صباح نفس الاكل والغريب ما في بوفيه يعني ممكن شغلات تقدم لا يحبها الضيف او عنده حساسيه المشروبات الساخنه فقط قهوه ، يعني لا بسألوا الضيف بقدموا القهوه يمكن الضيف ما بشرب قهوه بشكل عام الفطور سئ جدا وعدم تقديم ماء الشرب بالفطوروايضاً لا يوحد بالغرف . الغرف خاليه من سلات المهملات والمرايا واستخدام البطانيه مش اللحاف يعني رائحه البطانيه مش نظيفه . المكيف بالغرفه معطل على الوضع البارد .
