Das sagen die Gäste
- Cleanliness9.9
Cleaning repeatedly described as 'very good' in reviews; rooms and public areas reported as well kept.
- Service10.0
Multiple reviews single out staff (especially Shira) as warm, attentive and professional; guests repeatedly praise the hospitality and staff memory for details.
- Location10.0
Described as central/'stellar location' and within walking distance to Shuk Ha-Carmel, the beach and boardwalk; consistently praised across reviews.
- Room Quality9.6
Mixed comments: some rooms are small and better suited to one person, but superior rooms and balconies are praised and curtains generally block light well with minor adjustments noted.
- Amenities9.6
On-site parking structure (convenient) and a strong restaurant/breakfast offering; balcony noted as a highlight—but parking cost and occasional nighttime noise affect this slightly.
- Value for Money9.4
Overall high-quality experience but several guests mention expensive parking and high breakfast cost (one guest skipped breakfast due to price), slightly lowering perceived value.
- Food and Beverage9.9
Breakfast and restaurant receive very high praise ('best breakfast of our trip'); staff in the restaurant noted as friendly and professional, though some mention the breakfast price.
- Overall Experience10.0
Very positive overall: repeat guests, many testimonials of exceptional hospitality and intent to return; minor issues did not outweigh strong guest satisfaction.
