The only advantage is the central location in Gangnam. I don’t understand why the previous reviews were so overwhelmingly positive. If someone had written an honest review, I would never have chosen this hotel.

The room was dirty, the curtains were dusty and dark grey instead of white, and the carpet was so dirty that my white socks became filthy. The walls are very thin, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. All night long, the wall was shaking and I could hear moaning. I kept waking up suddenly, startled and frightened. The staff did nothing to address the situation. The hotel should assign couples and solo travelers to separate areas to avoid disturbing other guests. I was unable to get a proper night’s sleep. Another major disappointment is that even after checking out, you cannot even charge your phone at the reception. A staff member named Kim refused to help me charge my phone, and I nearly missed my train as a result. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, despite its convenient location.
