• Cleanliness8.5

Generally described as modern, clean and comfortable (mentions of 'modern clean' and 'literie parfaite').

• Service7.3

Mixed: several praises for helpful staff (notably Ramon) but multiple reports of rude or unhelpful staff and problematic handling of payments/check-in.

• Location9.2

Consistently praised for proximity to the airport and a fast, frequent shuttle service.

• Room Quality7.6

Mostly comfortable and spacious rooms with good bedding, though isolated issues reported (noisy placement next to ice machine, a non-working shower).

• Amenities8.8

Positive mentions of pool and reliable airport shuttle; functional for short airport stays (some minor complaints about parking/unloading and luggage handling).

• Value for Money6.5

Multiple complaints about unexpected fees (deposits, luggage charges), higher rates than booking.com, and perceived poor value for certain services.

• Food and Beverage6.8

Several comments that drinks are very expensive; food portions described as large but value and pricing seen negatively.

• Overall Experience8.5

Good for airport/short stays with convenient shuttle and comfortable rooms, but some guests had their trips affected by payment/charge and check-in problems.

Unusual and unexplained charges to my credit card. The daily rate was higher than what I secured through booking.com.

Everything was good.

It is extremely comfortable and makes getting to the airport on time a stress free experience.
