It was not clean, our room smelled terrible, the bed was terrible. We did not stay the second night because the stay was terrible. I observed several guest complaining because the cost was so high for a property underconstruction, under staffed, and you had to pay for parking that was not protected, and for a breakfast that was your basic coffee shop breakfast.

The rooms were so small and not impressive. The bathroom was terrible and no space to put toiletries. The tvs in the lobby didn’t work well and the remote control was defective.

The hotel was being remodeled, I had to check in with a person who was sitting at a folding table. No hot tub. Starbucks did not open until 7am.

This is minor but the beds were to hard for me and the pillows were too soft. Restaurant was too expensive as well.
