The hotel has a very premium feeling to it - when entering the main lobby it felt like entering some high-end Wall Street building. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded and it felt just perfect: spacious, well equipped, with an incredible bathtub + shower area. The gym was also great.

The laundry service is disproportionately priced compared to the hotel room price. The gym could use some machines that allow guests to train their back muscles.The massage service felt a bit randomly organised so that could use some improvement.

Breakfast was decent, merely decent, with bakery procucts most cool to cold early in the morning, poorly trained eggs cook (one didn't fully appreciate meaning of "over easy," congee watery, cut fruit often too unripe, pushy staff when I wanted to choose my own table. I could go on. . . Room was okay but definitely showed its age.
