Location, cleanliness, Andreas at the reception was very helpful

the room was a little jaded (old property) and small & very basic. I felt the price was more for the type of room. Toilet was not flushing correctly in the first room I was given then was changed. Safe in the room did not work properly. Andreas (not sure if I have his name right) at the reception on the 1st day was nice & helpful - but I saw 2 more reception staff on the other days (who could not be bothered) and the middle aged man who was there on the 4th & 5th of September just could not be bothered - did not pick up the whatsapp phone number they gave me (the hotel had no internal phone line) he had his feet on the reception table & even when I went there to speak to him he kept sitting casually in the same position. The room was only cleaned on the 3rd day. The common kitchen was filthy & messy. I paid almost AUD 950 for 4 nights - expect a little more for that kind of money.
