Das Personal teils verbesserungsfähig, insbesondere im Buffetbereich. Das Buffet könnte von Zeit zu Zeit etwas nach geputzt werden. Sieht um 9:45 sehr abgewietschaftet aus. 24 Aud$ für einen Aperol Spritz max. 0,2cl per Glass ist mehr als fragwürdig.
Got a room upgrade to a view, room was clean, spacious and easily accessible. Availability wasn't ready when we arrived so we got a free drink each (yes to cocktails while we waited a whole 15 minutes). The breakfast was lovely, the coffee was great, the staff were lovely. The location is amazingly close to circular quay, to transport and to lots of interesting walks. Have stayed here before. The check in was very organised. Will stay here again.
