We have had an incredible stay at Trident Mumbai, and the staff played an enormous part in making our week so special. A particular thank you to Abhishek Pandey and Utkarsha, who went above and beyond from the outset. Following a misunderstanding during the booking process about our room, they took the time to understand our needs and found the best possible arrangement for our stay. Their kindness, professionalism and personal attention made us feel immediately reassured and welcome. Travelling with two young children can be challenging, but they made every effort to ensure we could relax and enjoy our holiday. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay, and their thoughtfulness made a real difference to our family. That warmth extended to the entire team. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, attentive and happy to help, with our children made to feel especially welcome. It was the care behind all those interactions that made this stay outstanding. We will leave with wonderful family memories and enormous appreciation for everyone who helped make our visit so enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Trident Mumbai, particularly to families, and would love to return.
