It has been a month now and they still didn't transfer my deposit and they are charging me twice of this incidental charges which I have already settled during my check out. Both invoices having the same breakdown. The room provided stink and many water drifting from the ceiling. Instead of offering a different room they only sent their house keeping but couldn't help fix anything. I requested for cleaning and changing the towels and bedsheets, they didn't change anything, very dirty! Most of receptionist were not helpful but giggled a lot with foreign guys. If I will not receive my deposit it is stealing from a guest.

The communication system It took a long time for someone to pick up on the operator line 30 mins i tried to dial from the main line iust to get to the front desk
