The attention in general, except for the person who brought breakfast. It is not a 4-star hotel, it lacks many things!!! They gave us a room that was not the one we booked. We complained and they changed it the next day. The sink 'accumulated' water, it did not drain... It did not have all the equipment they say. In the bathroom, there is only liquid soap and toilet paper, NOTHING ELSE!! They only provide 1 towel for all uses, we had to ask for another one and they kept saying it was only 1, after insisting they gave us 1 more towel. The pillows were terrible!!! The cover/sheet was too small for a double bed. We could go on saying many things about the deficiency of the service they offer

The bed was super uncomfortable, and there is no elevator, I had to carry the suitcase up 4 floors by stairs
