Great location

I had no robe /slippers/shower cap and other bathroom amenities in room - friend staying in an other room had everything . Only discovered this in our last night after chatting . Mentioned to staff and was told I could have asked for these, bit late as was checking out the next morning . Left me feeling like a second class guest

Well located, received upgrade to a loaded suite with free coffee and daily breakfast. Also included free wine & nibbles/platter each day. Thanks Msocial, highly recommended

Noisy if large event on a Saturday night, not Msocials fault just for noting

The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the harbor. The location is very central and easy access to public transportation. We were only in Auckland for a night, but would've enjoyed staying even longer! They even had late night room service, which we took advantage of and it was delivered by a small robot!

We loved the room which was spacious, modern and clean. It had a wonderful view overlooking the harbour. All the staff were very kind & helpful, in particular a young g man that was helping in Reception area, sadly I did not get his name - perhaps working on Concierge desk, both on our check in around 5:30-6pm on 27/10/26 and 5pm of 28/10/26, I commend him for his proactive approach with a smile on his face every time.
