I loved everything about my stay at The Level at Meliá Sevilla! The hotel, the amenities, the food, and especially the wonderful people made my experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. From having my luggage brought to my room to arranging taxis, a boat ride, and a flamenco experience, he made everything so easy and enjoyable. When I missed my train, Juan went out of his way to help me arrange another night’s stay and surprised me with a thoughtful gift. He and the team could see how upset I was, and their kindness and care truly touched my heart. I felt I was in good hands during a stressful moment, and I will never forget that. Luna and Lucia also helped make my stay so special. Thank you all for your warmth and thoughtfulness! I especially loved the Level experience, with its amazing breakfast options, including the buffet and the exclusive lounge breakfast, as well as the afternoon snacks, drinks, and tapas. There was so much to enjoy! Juan, thank you for making me feel cared for and welcome. It is people like you who turn a hotel stay into a beautiful memory. I can’t wait to come back to Sevilla and stay at The Level again! ❤️
