Property located right next to Princes Street—very convenient for exploring Edinburgh. The room was very large and featured a nice shower, though it lacked a window. Breakfast was generous.

Unfortunately, the room had no window, even though this was not specified at the time of booking. In fact, the photos of the room I booked showed a window; otherwise, I would have booked a different room. The staff were not always up to the standard expected of a 4-star hotel and were not always friendly.
Perfect location, 24/7 staff on site, relaxed atmosphere, excellent customer care, room facilities fantastic and good value for money.
