If you are going to provide King double beds at least make sure that you have sheets that fit them! And fitted sheets would be even better. Our bottom sheet was a flat sheet that finished 5cm from the end of the bed and was too narrow to tuck in at the edges. As a result it would come untucked every night.

Dated bathrooms and difficulty getting reception and the restaurant to answer the phone when I needed them.
The location is convenient to the CBD and Central Station. The room was large and had twin beds as requested. The beds were comfy, though moved around as the wheels were not locked in place. The lifts were generally quick, though we had some issues with 1 swipe card not registering. The foyer was quite nice and they sometimes had water available for guests

The bathroom needs a refurb. It was quite old, had mould stains and the toilet seat needed tightening. There were hooks missing, the towel rack was bent and overall, the bathroom could've been cleaner. At least the hot water was good and the shower pressure decent. The carpet was getting a little worn and there were marks on the bed heads, walls, etc that would make the room nicer if cleaned better. It was similarly priced to other options for the same dates but perhaps not quite as nice as other nearby hotels
