Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness7.6

Mixed reports: several guests noted clean bedding and tidy common areas, but others mentioned humidity, odor in rooms and shared-bathroom inconveniences.

• Service8.4

Generally described as friendly and helpful staff by many guests, with a few instances of poor communication (e.g., parking information) or complaints simply labeled 'Staff'.

• Location9.2

Consistently praised: excellent central location, close to public transport and shops, repeated as a major strength across reviews.

• Room Quality7.2

Several complaints about noise (street-facing rooms), humidity, less-cozy rooms and occasional maintenance issues (broken shower, elevator), though some private rooms were considered good value.

• Amenities8.0

Good common spaces, multiple kitchens, free coffee/tea and useful features (curtains for privacy) cited positively; some minor faults noted (USB port issues, limited fridges, older installations).

• Value for Money8.8

Frequently described as great value or 'preiswert' for short stays; a few guests felt it was expensive relative to the accommodation, but overall value sentiment is strong.

• Food and Beverage7.8

Limited F&B offerings: complimentary coffee/tea and shared food in kitchens appreciated, but several guests noted no breakfast and reliance on communal kitchen facilities.

• Overall Experience9.4

Overall positive: many guests recommended the hostel for location, social common areas and friendly atmosphere despite noise or minor facility issues.

The location, kitchen, decorations, community vibe all wonderful! Luggage storage a nice plus too.

Lockers were noisy and a little ackward having to pull them out under the bed each time I wanted something. Kind of cramped with other roommates. Also, one roommate came home at 2:30 pm from a night work shift and was noisy and put on the light for an hour. Could have been quicker and quieter. The rest of us all woke up for a while.
