החדר היה לא נקי ונראה מיושן, האסלה מלוכלכת, דיווחנו לקבלה וביקשנו חדר אחר ונתנו לנו חדר באותה קטגוריה שעבר שיפוץ ונראה קצת יותר טוב אבל עם סימנים של ידיים על הקירות. הבריכה נסגרה מוקדם בחצי שעה כי המציל אמר לנו שיש לו רופא, שיהיה לו לבריאות אבל בריכה צריכה להיות פעילה בשעות הפעילות שרשומות, וחוץ מזה הגקוזי לא היה פעיל מסיבה לא ידועה ולא נאמר לנו כשהתקשרנו למלון לפני לוודא.

כשהגענו לאחר קבלת הודעה שהחדר מוכן הפקידה לא ראתה זאת במחשב חיכינו עוד 20 דק עד שתבדוק את העניין לאחר שבדקה אמרה שקיבלנו חדר דה לוקס בפועל קיבלנו חדר קטן מאד ללא נוף כלל וזו היתה אכזבה גדולה!
