Location! People's Square metro station in just across the road. Take line 2 from Pudong airport direct to this station, and find exit 8. Friendly staff, room was great, bathroom with toilet bidet - excellent! Plenty of restaurants nearby, halal one is just a few blocks away. Close to convenient stores too. 24 hours reception and they accept card payment (i used wise card). Very happy with my stay there

Facilities a bit dated.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend, direkt am "People´s Square" und der dortigen U-Bahn. Es ist ein lang etabliertes Hotel mit altem Charme im Art-Deco-Stil. Im Frühstücksraum hat man sich ein bisschen wie bei einem Banquet gefühlt, sehr prachtvoll. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer großen Auswahl und zusätzlich kleineren Kochständen für individuell und frisch zubereiteten Kleinigkeiten. Das Zimmer selbst war ruhig mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Es gab eine hübsche Innenausstattung (ebenfalls Art-Deco) mit genug Verstauraum für alles. Ich persönlich habe mich dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt, mehr, als seie man in einem Gästezimmer, nicht in der Fremde in einem Hotel. Ich würde es immer wieder wählen und kann es nur empfehlen.
