The staff at the Dagny are exceptional. Before arriving I contacted ALI, the concierge inquiring about tours and attractions. I was traveling with my adult sons so I wanted to make it interesting and exciting for all 3 of us. ALI, went above and beyond practically putting an itinerary together for us, that included a list of great restaurants. We spent three days in Boston, had such a lovely time, sharing memorable family time together. It truly was a wonderful experience in part to the amazing staff. From the moment you enter the Dagny the entire staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at the Dagny, you will love it. Thank you to Ali and everyone for giving us a true Boston experience. We'll definitely be back.
