A really stylish hotel in a fabulous location. It was so easy to walk to so many attractions plus the metro wasn’t too far away. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding was amazing, so soft and squishy. I even managed to track down where they’d bought it from and treated myself to two pillows. We loved the breakfast buffet. There was plenty of choice and it was all beautifully laid out in the hotel kitchen. We particularly liked the ginger shots. If we ever return to Copenhagen (which is highly likely) we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Carpet in bedroom felt dirty and breakfast could have been better
The location is perfect; I walk a lot and enjoyed that aspect very much. The hotel is nice, the staff too. The rooms are very small but made as comfortable as possible in that space.

The employees were nice and helpful but I thought that their behaviour could have been more professional at times. The room was really a bit too small though, as stated above, made comfortable. Still, quite expensive for that space.
