Mixed reports: several guests mention dirty carpet/soiled floors and a ‘dirty mess’ between blocks, though some rooms are reported as clean.
- Service8.2
Generally positive: multiple mentions of helpful, polite reception staff and a friendly driver; occasional small service lapses (e.g., luggage not carried, a missed breakfast item).
- Location9.2
Consistently praised: extremely convenient next to Eastgate shopping mall, close to highway and airport — a main highlight across reviews.
- Room Quality5.4
Several complaints about outdated rooms, worn furniture (bad sofas), noisy wheel bins, poor TV setup and need for renovation.
- Amenities6.6
Mixed: good kitchen access cited by some, but many mentions of missing utensils/pots, lacking power points for certain plugs, and absent small items (e.g., corkscrew).
- Value for Money5.3
Several guests state price-quality does not compensate and rising prices with limited improvements; not seen as exceptional value by multiple reviewers.
- Food and Beverage7.2
Generally acceptable: breakfasts and food receive positive notes overall, with isolated small service misses (forgotten fried egg).
- Overall Experience9.2
Overall stays are convenient and pleasant for short/airport stays thanks to location and helpful staff, despite issues with rooms and some facilities.
