Leider war das Bad des Zimmers nicht sauber. In der Dusche befanden sich viele blonde lange Haarbüschel als auch Schimmel. Das Personal war etwas aufdringlich und ist ins Zimmer nachgelaufen. Dann wurde lediglich mit einem Lappen ein Teil der Haare entfernt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht erneut geputzt noch gab es ein neues Zimmer. Roomservice und Cleaning kamen ab dem Zeitpunkt extrem früh morgens. In der Sauna wurde gefühlt sehr aufdringlich im Sekundentakt hinter einem her geputzt. Einen Abend war die Sauna früher aus als angeschrieben.
We stayed for one night in a Collection Superior Room with a balcony overlooking the city, and everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were kindly allowed to check in two hours early, which was a wonderful bonus. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The view was especially impressive at night — seeing the city from the balcony was truly lovely. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and pleasant, and we particularly liked the quality of the bathroom fixtures. The shower worked perfectly and had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was very good — 9/10. The hotel has a beautiful interior, and you can really feel the atmosphere and spirit of this historic building. The views from the windows are simply stunning. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful service and hospitality! ❤️
