Location was perfect and the area was very descent. i would go back this location in the future. Some staff had issues with our kids but the management staff handled the issue in a timely manner. Front counter staff was great.

Location and large clean room modern and comfortable. Furniture in living room needed cleaning. Indoor pool was lovely addition .

We had to pay $5 to park outside on car park. For patrons it seems a bit mean .There wasn’t a coffee maker in our room so we had to go downstairs to get one . There was one tiny bin near the door to room for the whole of our suite ( no bathroom bin). We asked to extend our stay for couple of ours and wasn’t assisted with any options with this . If you don’t like aircraft noise don’t stay here .
The staff was great, and the room was relatively updated, although the appliances were dated/ and had issues (mini fridge) but the main issue was that there was a power outtage on my second night and the hotel had no generator and I wasnt given anything to help the situation. No light at all in the rooms/ stair wells and I showered in the dark after my phone died from trying to use the flashlight for light. My food went bad with no refrigeration and I had trouble getting an uber and then going to the event I traveled for, with a dead phone. Even when the rest of the area got power back hours later, the hotel was still dark into the next morning, and since I had an early flight, I was so paranoid about missing my flight, that I could barely sleep. I will say, that the staff gracefully came to knock on my door in the morning after asking them if they could, so I wouldnt miss my flight, and the shuttle driver was great, but there needs to be measures placed to avoid the anxiety this produced.
