The hotel is nice but it bothers me that they have not returned my deposit, it has been over a month and they make me talk to a robot, they ask for my confirmation number and I give it to them and so far they have not resolved anything

Las almohadas y el café eran terribles, no había acondicionador, la recepción nos tuvo en espera 30 minutos y nunca contestaron, la gente golpeando puertas ambas noches, tarde en la noche y temprano en la mañana, ¡las cortinas opacas no son suficientes, pasa mucha luz!
