The staff were excellent and very attentive, especially Nicholas in the downstairs cafe/bar. The room was great as we were upgraded to a bigger twin bedded room. The proximity to Ocean terminal was a plus for us as we were leaving on a cruise

It’s one of the older properties in Hong Kong as we stayed there 20+ years ago. It’s is still in a good position on Kowloon.
Conveniently placed in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui close to the Star Ferry. Great staff and service. Continental Club offers good benefits.

Room decor is showing its age but can be considered ‘classic’.

後續撥打電話給客服希望有收據報帳時, 第一次客服人員允諾會寄郵件過來過很久都沒有收到, 第二次客服人員還狀況外叫我找其他單位, 明明撥打同一支電話號碼, 第三次電話是第一次客服人員接到, 他說是前台問題所以盡速補發郵件給我了, 覺得人員後續處理有點問題, 都沒有跟進問題, 第二位女客服人員竟然還會推卸問題

This is not 5 star hotel, as advertised. Facility and rooms are outdated, electrical charging technology is outdated and missing from one bedside. Many staff members have limited English proficiency
