Shuttle pick up at the airport will pass you by unless you scream to stop them. Also…the staff will begin to shut down breakfast service at the 2 minutes before mark even if that waffle is still cooking, wait I need that syrup. Tooo late…really. Customer service hospitality is not a priority here apparently. For example, no soap at your bathroom sink, well you can come to the desk to get it.

That Some how I had 2 Booking when it should have been 1. I reached out to Booking.com and no one got back to me yet also they sent me an Old Booking for Last year Hopefully someone will call me
This hotel was clean and quite. We were on the 7th floor, so that may have helped with any road noise. Our bed was very comfortable, so we were able to get a good nights sleep.

We were disappointed in the area that this hotel is located. It is not safe enough to walk to any decent resturants. We were also disappointed that we had to stand in line outside and wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to come and take us to the cruise port. It would have been nicer to wait upstairs in the lobby sitting area. This hotel was not for us, so we will not stay here again.
