Very unpleasant reception staff

I really liked the location of the structure, the care of the environment, the rooms I also took a suite directly on their website. Besides the room here on Booking. The beach location (also blue flag) beautiful and very clean with these super beds.

I report an unpleasant attitude of a young lady who worked in the buffet dining room with a pink shirt and a tattoo on her slim calf, not too tall in stature. She behaved in a very unprofessional way. I was sitting after a very kind gentleman had seated and registered me at the entrance, shortly after she sees two other guests arriving (two women) and she insisted on making me get up from where I was sitting (a normal two-seat place but close to the buffet) because that one was reserved (the ladies wanted that one) I want to point out that they were two healthy 50-year-old ladies without any problems (they didn't make me get up out of necessity because I would have understood) while I was eating they made me take all my things and leave because she urgently needed to seat these two women (probably they were giving her a tip under the table) a real rudeness, even all the other waiters tried to tell her something but she was fixated like that. I paid 3800€ for a suite to be treated like this seems absurd to me

Stopover for our last 24 hours before the airport. Positive point, we were able to have our lunch at 3 pm during check-in and have our last meal after the 12 pm check-out. Very nice pools, beach access. Buffet and restaurant are good but not great, especially the breakfast which was mediocre.

No electricity throughout the morning, showering with the light of the phone and without air conditioning. Our room was on the street side, very noisy there is no other word, we slept very poorly. Bad bedding also in our bed. Reception staff not very friendly but not the case at the buffet for example. Parking not very well indicated, check-in is complicated...

I really liked the hotel's territory, pools! Cleanliness is just everywhere, the staff is very friendly))) We ate on an all-inclusive basis - the food is simply excellent and varied. Special thanks to the chef in the dining room where the buffet was delicious. Lots of fish. We will gladly return to this hotel again.
