The location is excellent, the lobby area was great for sitting and writing, and the ground floor cafes were fantastic. It has a great vibe. The room I booked was beautiful - it had a great layout and plenty of space. And the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

I couldn’t sleep at all - the noise from the street was incredibly loud - it felt like the entire street was in my room with absolutely no sound isolation whatsoever. There window shades do nothing to block the sound - they either need double glazing or curtains to rectify it… I had to call the concierge at 3 AM to beg for earplugs which still couldn’t keep the noise out. Eventually I went to Boots and bought three different sets of plugs just to get through the next two nights.

Very good location close to the Liverpool Street Station. I liked the overall design of the hotel and very comfortable beds - had a really good sleep there. What was surprising was pleasant scent in shared areas - a nice touch! I also appreciated staff who resolved our one small issue quickly and with kindness, and that we were able to store our luggage for free prior to our check-in and then after check-out, so we could explore more of London more comfortably.

One small thing that would be nice for this price would be to have slippers in the room. Other than that, no complaints from me.

Excellent location for both bars and food with Seed Library below the hotel for intimate date settings with smooth vinyl spinning or the rooftop bar for a more informal evening. Sticks&Sushi next to them hotel with delivery to your room!
