Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness5.0

Multiple reviews mention dirt, an impression of unclean rooms and visible cobwebs; overall cleanliness is a clear negative.

• Service10.0

Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming across reviews; service is a consistently positive point.

• Location10.0

Location is praised many times (close to tram, Letna, city centre, restaurants and shops) and is a strong positive.

• Room Quality5.2

Rooms are repeatedly described as very small, with old mattresses, thin walls (noise issues) and in some cases poor layout — overall room quality is below average.

• Amenities8.8

Basic amenities (AC, in-room bathroom) are present and noted as useful, but air conditioning is often weak or absent and parking is problematic; overall amenities are acceptable but imperfect.

• Value for Money9.0

Several guests explicitly call the price adequate or acceptable for their needs; overall perceived value is positive despite some complaints (e.g., paid parking).

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast is described as good, sufficiently replenished and appreciated by many guests, though some note capacity/coffee issues; overall food is seen positively.

• Overall Experience6.2

Mixed overall: very good location and service and decent breakfast are offset by small, sometimes dirty rooms, noise and AC/parking problems, leading to a below-target overall impression for several guests.

Located right next to the Fortuna arena, very convenient. Very nice personnel, clean room, extended time for breakfast and check out.

The sink in the bathroom is quite small, and after flushing, the toilet takes a long time to refill, making a lot of noise.

It’s cosy, enough sockets, acceptable breakfast, the location is pretty good, welcoming staff.

Too tiny rooms for expensive price, dirty linen - long black hair, door sills are too big, dining area is quite small, no table or desk where to use laptop, reception area is too tiny.

Le petit déjeuner est top, l'accueil agréable et les transports en commun ne sont pas très loin à pied.

Globalement la chambre est petite mais confortable pour une ou deux nuits.
