very good location, friendly staff
hotel itself is nice, but our experience was bad. we stayed in Nile panoramic suite, across the street was night club working all night each night, so we could not sleep during our stay. Traffic is noisy alsu during night, so Nile view rooms are risky to book. Hotel has miniature sauna. All staff is friendly, but minority is speeking English, so communication was sometimes very difficult.
Mr Mahmoud Youssef front desk manager is super he is very professional, the hospitality he deals with is recognizable, Mrs Shereen also had put in a great effort and is very friendly, they make the day really memorizing, also Mrs Omneya food and beverage manager is very co operative and she helped us a lot in reservation, really the stay is one of the best things I had in the latest days.
