החדר היה מרווח ונוח והצוות היה אדיב ושירותי מאוד. במיוחד נציין את peter שעשה מעל ומעבר לסייע לנו ולמצוא פתרון לקושי שחווינו. המיקום היה מצויין, ברחוב ליד הרמבלס וצמוד לתחנת המטרו liceu.

Die Lage ist ideal. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht!! Der Garten im Innenhof ist eine Ruheoase und ein großes Plus. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab eine ausgewogene Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Süßspeisen und Obst.

Wir hatten ein Apartment und die Möbel waren sehr abgewohnt oder hatten Dellen, Kratzer oder waren ramponiert. Vor allem das Bad hat für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Überall waren Schimmel- und Kalkflecken, einige Fliesen waren locker, die Fugen nicht mehr vorhanden bzw. kaputt, die Duschtüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden, weshalb nach jedem Duschen das Bad geflutet war. Das Apartment war für 4-6 Personen (Erwachsene) ausgelegt, wobei es nur 1 Doppelbett und 1 Stockbett gab. Person 5+6 hätten auf der kleinen Ausziehcouch schlafen müssen. Bei dem Preis wäre das auch grenzwertig. Und man hört die Klospülung bzw. die Abwasserleitung des Zimmers darüber extrem laut. Also Komfort und 4 Sterne sind das definitiv nicht. Wen das alles nicht stört, der kann sich über die Lage und den Garten freuen.
