Employee attitude and quality . When booking the accommodation, we specifically asked if there were four parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, upon arrival, there were clearly three spaces available, but they said they couldn't provide them and we had to go to a paid parking lot. That was fine, but when we inquired, the three staff members were chatting at the counter and seemed very impatient with our questions. Since we had no idea how to get to the paid parking lot, the staff didn't explain it to us in a friendly and detailed way. I wonder if it's because we're not locals. When we checked in, the staff couldn't find the booking information and, without any explanation, simply took my passport and disappeared from the front desk for about 5-10 minutes. We then asked other staff members and learned that there had been a change in the booking information, and the staff couldn't find it, so they checked the back office. It would have been more appropriate to at least inform the customer before leaving with their passport. This hotel is operated by an international hotel group, but the staff training is not up to standard, which is very disappointing.

Parking was very expensive and it was difficult to pay. Courtyard didn’t accept payment , it wasn’t included and it was difficult to pay on-site by the parking garage. Very disappointing.
