La mer était agreable. Il a fallu payer sur place un fort supplément pour avoir la vue sur mer. Attention, tous les équipements qui font de cet hotel techniquement un **** sont en fait exclus du tarif de la chambre. J'ai vu des formules 1 bien plus confortables: pas de minibar dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire, même pas quelques sachets de thé ou de café dans la chambre. Le salle d'eau n'a pas de porte et reste ouverte et visible depuis la porte d'entrée même pour les plus belles de leurs suites. C'est Absolument la dèche. Absolument tout est en supplément : le sauna, le spa, le jaccusi sont payants à l'heure. Même les transates et parasols de la plage privatisée sont payants est Absolument trop chers. Les verres d'eau sont payants, la seule chose qui ne l'est pas est la salle de sport, vide en permanence car mal adaptée.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were hairs and dust everywhere, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The breakfast was another disappointment. It was exactly the same every day, with very limited choice, so after a few days it became quite boring. The location is probably the only real advantage of this hotel. The pool is constantly overcrowded, and if you arrive even a little later, you may not find a free sun lounger. On the beach, you have to pay extra for sun loungers, which is another downside. One of the biggest negatives is that there is no coffee or tea in the room. For a hotel of this standard, this is a basic amenity that should be provided. If you have an early morning excursion, you basically have to leave the hotel without even being able to make yourself a cup of coffee. Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness, repetitive breakfast, crowded pool, extra charges for beach sun loungers, and lack of basic amenities make it difficult to recommend this hotel. There is definitely room for improvement.

Excelente ubicacion sobre la playa y buen desayuno. Buenas vistas desde la habitacion a la playa. Cercano a minimarkets y restaurantes, tambien con facil acceso a la parada de bus que te lleva al centro de la ciudad.

Durante una de las limpiezas me "desaparecieron" algunos efectos de valor. A tener en cuenta si viajes con pertenencias personales de valor.

The location was very good. With having the pool deck overlooking the sea was lovely. Our view from the balcony was nice as well. The sun was on the pool all day. The bar staff were all very nice and friendly in particular Sara, David and Alejandro were magnificent!

On check in at 3am the man on reception tried to charge me 200€ too much and he had to work it out 4 times as we paid for two rooms, eventually he said he misread it. I feel that if you hadn’t worked out the cost of the rooms in Euros that you would be caught out. I do wonder if this is a tactic by the hotel to overcharge the guests. Terrible that you have to pay 5€ per beach towel and you have to pay a 10€ deposit in cash which was a problem as all ATMs charged 5€ to draw out the money which we wouldn’t have needed to do. If you didn’t put a towel on sun beds early in the morning, then you would struggle to get one at all! Breakfast felt rushed and when it got to 10.20 they would refuse to make pancakes and omelettes in particular for my elderly mother. My mother’s single room was so small with no tea or coffee facilities. Rooms need renovation, air conditioning did not work very well particularly in the small room. The refrigerators were not cold, the safe didn’t work. Water would go everywhere after a shower as it didn’t have a proper shower door. We didn’t have our room cleaned on one day when we were out of it all day! We paid over 300€ per night for our room and it wasn’t worth it! I definitely would not class it as a 4 star and think that it should be reviewed as I would never have booked a 3 star hotel so I feel miss sold by booking.com
