🌿🦟 This hotel is only suitable if you really love nature! And I mean literally! 🌳🐦 You’ll be sleeping and sharing the room with many bugs and insects, including little cockroaches 🪳 and flies 🪰. So be prepared to wake up with plenty of bites on your skin! 😬🦟 As well, around the premises, there are many birds 🐦🎶 performing their natural sounds in the trees around the hotel. Unfortunately, this is not the hotel’s fault, but it does contribute to rather difficult nights for sleeping. 😴🌙 The rooms are quite basic. 🛏️ Although the bed is comfortable, the furniture is dated, and the tea and coffee provided are not very good quality. ☕️ However, the most astonishing thing about this hotel is that there is no Wi-Fi at all! 📵❌ In fact, they used to have Wi-Fi before COVID, but this has since been removed. What hotel nowadays does not offer inclusive Wi-Fi? 🤔🌐 In our connected world, this is a must-have! 📱💻 It’s also very disappointing that they don’t even share the reception’s Wi-Fi, which would clearly be possible. I had to practically beg for it before they finally offered it as an option. 😩🙏📶 As there is no luggage 💺 🧳 😕 storage! The one thing that is truly outstanding is the staff. 👏😊 They are very friendly, hardworking, easygoing, and always provide service with a smile. 😃❤️ So, compliments to the staff! 👏🌟 But as for the actual hotel, I would say it’s only suitable for one night. 🛌🌙 If you stay for longer than that, you’ll probably be quite disappointed. 😕

room facilities were poor. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Floor was dirty. Spa was closed. Kettle was dirty after showing they washed and cleaned. No drinking water facilities. One water bottle sell for $14. 50 when in supermarkets it’s sold only for $3.80. I understand take more money is valid but literally $11.00 on top of it is really breaks all.

I will never stay here again. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Towels were not in the room, you had to go and ask at reception. I asked for an extra pillow which they said would be delivered to the room. Never arrived. TV didn't work. When I reported this no one came to fix it. The property is extremely tired.

Avoid. Arrived at night. Paid $50 deposit. Gave me the Tv and a/con remote. But No towel. Are you joking. Had to wait till 9 pm until it arrived from the laundry.. My advice just go to Mercure - Lovely breakfast, friendly staff and rooms.

We booked a deluxeroom and was put in a very basic filthy room in the old section. Was not given towels. When we complained they offered an upgrde to poolside room at a cost of another $70FJD then did not receive any towels till 7-30 at night when we went back the 3rd time to ask for towels. So disappointed this visit.
