Mancava il bidet e logistica del bagno non perfetta

The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was good. I have no complaints.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was good. I have no complaints.

When I entered the room, I noticed several issues. The air conditioner made buzzing noises every 30 minutes, even when it was switched off. There was no refrigerator in the room. Water was leaking from the air conditioner down the wall, causing what appeared to be mould or damp damage. There was no toilet brush, which made it difficult to keep the toilet clean after use. Also, the double bed was not a proper double bed but simply two separate beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle. It was not comfortable for two people. I paid a significant amount of money for a room that did not meet reasonable expectations. Given the price, I expected much better conditions and basic amenities. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing and did not offer good value for money.
