Staff are rude, and the rooms never got service. Found a hair on the toilet when I arrived very poor cleaning. I was advised that they were short staff for the poor service I received. Paid over $700 for 3 nights, and on top, it had to pay for parking.

Good value and location, however the place was a bit messy as they were in the middle of renovations and furniture was stacked in boxes in the foyer and front entrance otherwise a great place to stay

we were there for two nights the Sunday there was boxes everywhere due to renovations but by the time we left on the Tuesday everything was cleaned up.

The location was truly amazing, just a stone's throw from the waterfront and the vibrant city centre. The room itself was quite nice, offering ample space and comfort. However, I did find that a better blanket for the bed would have enhanced the overall experience. On the bright side, the balcony was a delightful addition, providing a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. Overall, a great stay!

Having both a blanket and a sheet on the bed can really boost your comfort. While some nights may feel a bit chilly, it's a great room, and I haven't had many complaints. The combination of layers allows for flexibility, letting you adjust based on your comfort needs. If it gets cold, consider adding a thicker blanket or a cosy throw for particularly brisk nights.
