Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness8.0

Generally described as clean and comfortable in multiple reviews, though some mentions of leaking shower screen and connecting-door noise indicate occasional issues.

• Service9.0

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly and helpful (reception allowed early check-in/late check-out, efficient transfers); a few mentions of brusque front-desk behaviour but overall very positive.

• Location9.5

Consistently highlighted as the hotel's strongest point: immediate access to Rosebank Mall, Gautrain station, Hop-on Hop-off bus and safe area — very convenient for sightseeing and airport connections.

• Room Quality7.8

Rooms described as clean and comfortable but often small; some functionality issues reported (TV/bedside lamps in one room, AC not cooling well, shower over bath, leaking screen).

• Amenities8.2

Good on practical amenities (direct mall access, working lifts, airport transfers), but occasional elevator outages and missing coffee machine for pods noted.

• Value for Money8.7

Multiple guests called it good value for short stays/layovers; convenient location and service support perceived value.

• Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast repeatedly praised as excellent and varied, though concerns raised about limited options for celiacs and cross-contamination of gluten-free items; one general comment about food quality.

• Overall Experience8.8

Most reviews report a very positive or satisfactory stay, with repeat stays and strong recommendation for location and staff, tempered by some small room/maintenance issues.

Niks

We picked it because most of the tours listed it as a pickup drop off point. A big plus was that it was next to Rosebank Mall with dozens of restaurants and hundreds of stores.

No Balcony areas in thr rooms

The hotel was very well located in a good neighborhood and right beside a mall, with an exclusive entrance from the hotel which makes it safe to go there at night. The room was very large and comfortable, and they had a good restaurant and breakfast. Good value for money.
