Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness8.5
Multiple mentions of clean rooms and bathrooms ("Zimmer und Bad sehr groß und sauber", "Net i molt còmode", "Sauber, modern"). Overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
- Service8.7
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful ("Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich", "Die personel kedves, professzionális", "Behulpzaam personeel"). Service sentiment is clearly positive.
- Location9.0
Very strong positives for location: close to Mauerpark, public transport and convenient for sightseeing (multiple reviews cite tram/metro and proximity to attractions).
- Room Quality6.5
Mixed to negative: several reports of small rooms, very high temperatures and lack of air conditioning; one note of large room. Heat and size issues lower the score.
- Amenities6.8
Notable missing amenities: widespread absence of air conditioning, occasional lack of fridge and ironing facilities; breakfast available but AC omission is a recurring negative.
- Value for Money8.2
Generally perceived as fair to good value (mentions of acceptable parking price and overall good price), though a few comments call it a bit expensive relative to room size.
- Food and Beverage8.9
Breakfast repeatedly described as good and plentiful ("reichhaltig", "bőséges reggeli", "petit-déjeuner copieux"). F&B is a consistent positive.
- Overall Experience8.2
Overall positive stay with strong points (location, breakfast, friendly staff) but tempered by heat/no AC and occasional noise; overall sentiment is favorable.

Wir haben Zimmer nebeneinander gebucht, aber leider mussten wir ein Stück über den Flur um zu dem anderen Zimmer zugelangen.
