They need to have a better organization at breakfast time. We spent about 40 minutes outside in the sun.

We have vacationed for 4 years in a row at Bahia Principe and this last stay was the most unpleasant, both because of the attention of the staff, who all looked angry and unwilling to serve, and the services they offer such as shows, etc., which were quite poor. It used to be a good hotel but there are now many better options in terms of price and quality.

The dispenser in the bathrooms for soap and other things, at least in our room, had issues.
The hotel's pool team, excellent. Alberto and Alexander, our luxury bartender, make your day with the best attention and good vibes!!! In the 'Cocodrilo' animation and the whole team shine in entertainment, its people are what makes BP different.

The menu restaurants still need to improve.
Everything was close to the room. Not like other resorts where you need to wait for a train to move around. The Kids Club was something new too that I've never seen at other resorts.

Room was clean and comfy, but smelled like it was always Wet & Humid. Like if wet pool clothes was always in the bedroom. Also, shower leaked water into the toilet area at the bottom of the glass window dividing the toilet and shower.
