The staff was AMAZING! The were extremely kind to us and did a great job. Nice to have the breakfast each morning. Pools were nice but it rained several days. Loved the porch outside our room and being able to sit there if we chose. Nice size fridge in the room coffee/pot in the room.

The couch in our room was a little sketchy. It didn’t seem all that clean. The rooms were really cold. No way to adjust the temperature in our room.

All three of the front desk staff were amazingly friendly, hospitable, and very helpful. The location was less than a block from Duvall Street a block and a half from the southernmost point. It was easy to get to everything. Location was very quiet. Very secure. It was nice to have two separate pools. One seemed to be shaded most of the day and the other one was in the sun. Both were very clean. The hot tub was great.

The housekeeping staff were OK at best. Sometimes they clean your room, sometimes they just changed the towels and made the bed. Sometimes they actually clean the bathroom. Sometimes they thought about dust mopping or sweeping the floor.

Great location, quite, great old Key West hotel

Hotel claimed rooms were renovated, I guess not the one I stayed in. I was able to look at the 2 rooms on both sides of me and they were renovated.the room i stayed in had makeup and hair on the walls that I hade to clean off (hair)the shower enclosure had 4 holes in i guess from an old shelf, the safe worked when it wanted to, the bed wes very comfortable and clean we only stayed 4 nights so we made do no time to complain.
