Consistently praised across reviews: staff are described as amazing, very helpful, attentive and knowing guests by name (Don, Chester, Brian, Jack); characterized as 5‑star service.
- Location10.0
Repeatedly called perfect/top location in the Old Quarter — central, close to night markets, cafes and easily reachable by taxi.
- Room Quality9.0
Rooms described as large, comfortable with balconies and good views; generally nice beds and a luxury feeling, though some guests note rooms can feel slightly dated.
