Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness9.0

Multiple guests praised cleanliness and tidy rooms; housekeeping and specific staff were singled out for excellent upkeep. One review noted the drinking water in-room was not clean, which slightly lowers a perfect score.

• Service10.0

Consistently excellent service across reviews: numerous staff praised by name, prompt fixes for issues, complimentary assistance (calls, upgrades, late check-out). Service was a standout positive in many reviews.

• Location9.0

Location repeatedly praised (beach access, near JBR, great position). Some notes that you may need to walk to the beach and areas can get crowded, but overall location is a major strength.

• Room Quality7.0

Mixed feedback: rooms described as comfortable by many, but several mentions of maintenance issues (broken TV, robe with a hole, poor toilet flush), occasional lack of amenities (no shampoo/slippers) and some rooms feeling old.

• Amenities9.5

Strong amenities reported: private beach, pool and plenty of facilities. Sunbeds generally available and facilities well regarded; minor disturbances (road works outside) noted but amenities themselves praised.

• Value for Money6.5

Several guests felt value was lacking: high prices for bottled drinks and water, one review explicitly stated it didn't feel worth the price. Pricing of in-room beverages and perceived lack of inclusions lowered this score.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Breakfast praised for quality and service by some guests, but other notes mentioned limited variety and high prices for drinks. F&B generally positive but with clear areas for improvement.

• Overall Experience9.5

Overall sentiment is very positive — many 'perfect' and 'great' stays, staff responsiveness resolved issues quickly, and guests expressed intent to return. Minor negatives did not outweigh general satisfaction.

Very cold pool and showers at the new Hilton outdoor pool. Noisy Hilton the Walk restaurant at breakfast times caused by young children running around. Consider an area for adults only who can dine in peace and quiet.

Great location. I liked the fact you could use both complexes. We were treated so well. The lady who checked us in upgraded us because it was our anniversary. This was such an unexpected surprise. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
