Not clean at all.

Отличное расположение — метро буквально за углом, рядом продуктовые магазины и много ресторанов. У отеля вывешены флаги у входа, что помогает его найти. Была ежедневная уборка и давали тапочки.

Очень жестокий матрас — было сложно спать, при наличие шумоизоляции из коридора все равно доносился шум от постояльцев. Гель для душа напоминал по запаху туалетного утенка, но в конце проживания его заменили. Не хватало места чтобы развесить вещи - в номере было одето 2 вешалки и стул. Били проблема вызовом лифта из-за высокого этажа.

The bathroom was very small. No leg room when sitting on the toilet. Quite ridiculous. Not good value for money.

We’ve asked for 1 double bed few weeks before the arrival, while reservation was made. When we’ve arrived, we found out that the room has two, separated, small beds. I’ve kindly asked staff to exchange the room, if it’s possible. They told me there’s no other room available and others, which are, are more expensive because of the window view, so we should pay. It wasn’t fair imo, as it was one of my main facilities while looking for the hotel to stay in HK and the choice between double or two was free of charge

⭐ 1/5 Stars – Extremely Disappointing! Definitely NOT a 4-Star Hotel! I honestly cannot understand how the Ramada Hotel Harbour View in Hong Kong has a 4-star rating. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are exceptionally small, to the point where there is barely enough space to move around. There is absolutely no proper storage space for clothes or luggage, meaning you are forced to live out of your suitcase for your entire stay. Cleanliness was another major concern. During our entire 8-day stay, our bed linen was not changed ONCE! The rooms were also dirty and certainly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a supposedly 4-star establishment. The lifts are an absolute nightmare! We experienced waiting times of up to 40 minutes just to get a lift. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating, especially when you have plans or appointments. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was closed, and the air conditioning in the rooms did not work properly, making an already uncomfortable stay even worse. The biggest disappointments: * Exceptionally small, cramped rooms. * Dirty rooms and poor housekeeping. * Bed linen not changed once during an 8-day stay. * Lift waiting times of up to 40 minutes. * Swimming pool closed. * Air conditioning not functioning properly. * No proper storage space for clothes or luggage. This hotel falls far below what anyone should expect from a 4-star property. It was uncomfortable, inconvenient and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone visiting Hong Kong to consider alternative accommodation. This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating, and we certainly will not be returning!
