寝室エリアでの客のマナーが悪かった。寝室エリアなのに、大きなスーツケースを持ち込んで長時間荷物の整理をしている客が何人かいて、とても邪魔で荷物整理の音がうるさかった。また、使用済のコットンやティッシュをゴミ箱に捨てずに、寝室エリアの共用部分にポイ捨てしている客が何人もいた。皆が気持ちよく滞在するために、ホテル側が寝室エリアのきちんとしたルールを作るべきだと思う。

The ladder to the upper bed is not easy to climb or cling to. A little bit of expensive if you need to use washer & dryer.

This was my second time staying here, and unfortunately, the capsule was dirty yet again. I’m talking hair, dust, dried nasal mucus, and just an overall lack of cleanliness. There never seems to be any staff around either, otherwise I would have requested a different, properly cleaned capsule. I understand the concept of “you get what you pay for,” and I’m perfectly fine with basic accommodations, sleeping in a capsule, and sharing facilities. That’s what I signed up for. However, basic accommodations shouldn’t mean compromising on cleanliness. Regardless of the price, a clean place to sleep should be the bare minimum.

Chaque dortoir a un code de sécurité pour ouvrir la porte. Cela fait un léger clic à chaque fois qu’une personne entre et sort. Mais dans un dortoir de 10 personnes quand il y a des allées et venues toute la nuit c’est quasi insupportable…
