Great location, nice design. Despite the extremely hard mattresses and the cleaning issues, it was still a good stay. Spacious rooms compared to the average Tokyo hotel room size. Nice bathroom and shower!

Terribly uncomfortable, extremely hard beds! We had back and neck pain for the first 2 nights. Room was dirty: stains on the bed platform and multiple hairs in the bed, and there were rice pieces on the floor! However, other parts of the room were clean! Hotel staff were not nice at all!
Très beau lobby et resto déjeuner, très bien situé dans un joli quartier à quelques pas de l’action d’Akihabara, excellents petits déjeuners, personnel vraiment très serviable et agréable, lits confortables, jolie salle de bain et toilette séparée, buanderie sur place.

Pas de place pour déposer les valises ouvertes à par un petit sofa sur lequel nous avons déposé une valise et les 2 autres étaient par terre au centre de la chambre. Ça aurait été OK si nous avions voyagé avec des bagages de cabine seulement, car ceux-ci auraient pu être placés sous les plateformes des lits.

Les travaux aux alentours qui démarrent assez tôt le matin. Pas de rangement dans la chambre ne serait ce pour poser une pile d'habits. Espace vraiment réduit.

Man hat genug Platz auch mal einen Koffer offen liegen zu lassen. Man ist relative Zentral. 10 min Fußweg bis zur nächsten Bahnstation.

Das Bett ist auch wenn man es gewohnt ist hart zu liegen sehr unbequem. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen oder zumindest zum Lüften aufstellen. Lüsten geht nur über die Klimaanlage.
