I loved the hotel in every way - the room, the view, the bed, the spa had samasing massages, the flood was delicious and the staff were soooo acoommodating I have no words - thank you is not enough! :) Nepalese people are honestly the best I've met around the world!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Susmita was especially kind and helpful during our stay, and her warm service made our experience even better.

We were welcomed by Nutan Bhatta on arrival - she was so friendly, approachable and attentive. She regularly cheked in with us and offerered suggestions and help for my holiday. She was lovely. Hotel itself is fantastic, really smart and clean, great breakfast.

On booking, we expected a spa and gym, but this is currently under construction which we were not aware of ahead of booking. Rooms need some more plugs also.
