Hotel is in an excellent location, easy for business meetings around city centre, with plenty of great restaurants and food options. Rooms are clean and comfy that comes with awesome L'occitane products :) Front desk is extremely friendly and helpful but Antonio in particular really stood out - he gave us plenty of tips and recommendations and because of him we had a fantastic day trip to Annecy after getting bored of Geneva. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Geneva and I highly recommend

The housekeeping supervisor refused to give extra facial tissue box nor extra towels... Which is a shame as that was the only negative thing about the hotel
