Location was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, maybe a bit over the top at times. The hotel is beautiful.

At check in, we were suggested to move to their sister hotel because another guest had a sick child and the hotel wanted to free up rooms for their family to stay. They also suggested we make a donation to this family. We declined both and felt this was possibly a ploy for the hotel to move guests to their less busy sister hotel. We asked for a twin room but the hotel couldn't provide this to us until the second night, at which point we couldn't be bothered moving. The breakfast is very average, some food looked nicer than it was, and parts of it were cold, juice watered down, the best part was the fresh egg station. The pool area is tiny, with only 4 small chairs by the side of the pool. Also, they charged us 612k VND, which is double the price of a private taxi for two people to the airport. We returned to Hanoi after a tour and stayed at another better hotel who only charged us 350k VND for a private taxi to the airport. I wouldn't recommend staying here, this is definitely not the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. During our stay and again upon checking out, we were pressured multiple times by staff to submit a "9 or 10/10 " review. Definitely not worth that rating.

Room safe wasn't working. Staff attempted to fix it, but the issue remained unresolved. No halal breakfast options, with concerns about cross-contamination from ham during food preparation. Facilities felt slightly dated considering the price paid. Overall: A lovely stay with exceptional hospitality, but some improvements to the facilities and breakfast options would make it even better.

The rooms were fantastic, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. They prepared takeaway breakfasts for our friends who had an early flight, proactively offered us the option to shower at the spa before our late departure, and even mailed our postcards after we had already checked out! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and immediately offered assistance via WhatsApp whenever needed. This is what true five-star hospitality should look like. Genuinely caring, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
