The location was right across Sanchong train station, which was quite convenient. It was also within a walking distance of a mall and a few restaurants.

My room was rather dusty in a few areas but overall it was clean enough.

The hotel is next to the MRT. Nice beighbourhood but far away from the city (20-30min by car). Rooms were very big.

The personal was very unpolite, rude and racist. I believe a 5 star hotel should be careful when hiring personal that they have a right attitude and they dont lose temper or literally have mental issues… Poor english as well, we could speak with just one person of the personal. Rules that they have made up such as deposit for an adaptator charger, not letting to check in the second person of the reservation without the presence of the first person even if both pasports were provided, evidence of resevation etc. No greeting while entering the hotel, packages left at the entrance of the notel looking like a delivery station rather than a proper lobby. Overall, not satisfied at all and I believe the hotel needs a drastic change of personal.
