Shuttle was nzd$10. This wasn.t clear before I booked. I would have booked elsewhere that had a free shuttle. Driver/manager/receptionist didnt help load or unload suitcases onto van....there was a couple with a baby who had alot of stuff and he just stood by. Won.t be staying therr again.

If the bed is comfy, there’s good shower pressure and a kettle, then I’m a happy camper. The 38 bus to and from the airports stops right out the front as well (20min one way). Small convenience store a minute away.

It seems to be a stop-through for all sorts of people so just be mindful. Also there is a shuttle available for $10 each way

The quilt was summer thickness and it was a really quite chilly night, but no other blanket was available in the room

After we finally got the key to get in, the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk to check us in, and the door was locked with a note that they'd be back in 10 minutes. It turns out that the lady doing that was on a trip to the airport to pick a guest up in their shuttle, but there was no explanation to that effect. I called the number, but all she said was to please wait. If she'd said she was on the shuttle run, I'd have understood, but I thought she was just taking a break and was on premise. And the "10 minutes" turn in to more like 20, with us freezing in the cold wind. So we were not happy to say the least.
